Except as provided below, there are no credits or replacements for the goods and services purchased from Wholesale Carnations. All sales are final. Wholesale Carnations may issue a credit or replacement if supply is available in the event that the wrong item was delivered, the floral arrives in substandard condition, or the floral was never delivered.
Credits or Replacements:
If in the event that any of the above happen, email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org AND call (888) 495-4946 IMMEDIATELY after delivery or upon a missed delivery. All concerns must be accompanied by photos. In the event that the florals are delivered on a day other than the selected delivery date, Wholesale Carnations may issue a credit for the amount paid in shipping. Credits or replacements are not guaranteed and will be given at Wholesale Carnations discretion. No credits or replacements will be given if delivery is refused or products are not handled properly by recipient.
Changes and Cancellations:
Order approval indicates that you have reviewed the order, can verify accuracy, and that you agree to the Terms & Conditions. Our representatives will make every effort to accommodate any changes or cancellations to an order, but can not guarantee anything once an order has been placed. Any changes or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. A change or cancellation is not complete until you receive an official confirmation email back. You may also give us a call at (888) 495-4946 to speak to one of our representatives. Changes or cancelations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We try our best to recreate the florals you fell in love with from the photos. However, as flowers are a natural product, head size, color shade, and bloom will vary slightly. Flower production depends on seasonality, weather, and growing conditions. On a rare instance that a specific flower is out of season or cannot be used, we will thoughtfully select the closest available substitute. Flowers can arrive looking a bit sleepy- this is to be expected in travel. Please give flowers a fresh cut and hydrate in water upon delivery. It can take up to 24 hours for the flowers to refresh and perk up.
